dc.description.resumoDurante o Estado Novo (1937-1945) a regulamentação do ensino foi levada a efeito a partir de 1942, com a Reforma Capanema, sob o nome de Leis Orgânicas do Ensino. Capanema tinha como objetivo a formação da personalidade do adolescente e a seleção pelo cultivo de humanidades antigas e modernas e assim elevar no jovem a consciência patriótica e a consciência humanística. Deve-se atentar para o detalhe da tentativa de formação da consciência do jovem através da educação voltada para o patriotismo. Diante desse contexto, abordaremos nesse trabalho o colégio Notre Dame de Passo Fundo-RS, analisando sua postura diante das reformas e procurando identificar através dos documentos fornecidos pelo colégio quais mecanismos utilizados para adequar-se às determinações legais da reforma do ensino secundáriopor
dc.description.abstractDuring the Estado Novo (1937-1945) the regulation of education was carried out from 1942, with the Reformation Capanema, under the name of Organic Laws of Teaching. Capanema was aimed at the formation of the personality of the adolescent and selection by cultivation of ancient and modern humanities and thereby raise the young patriotic consciousness and humanistic conscience. Attention should be paid to the details of the attempted formation of the consciousness of the young through education focused on patriotism. Given this context, we will work in the College Notre Dame de Passo Fundo-RS, analyzing their attitude to the reforms and trying to identify through the documents provided by the college what mechanisms used to fit with the legal reform of secondary educationeng
