A enunciação em textos do gênero notícia : um estudo da subjetividade na linguagem

Abstract

In this study, we propose to conduct a study an enunciative texts of the news discursive genre. Our overall objective is to analyze the presence of the category of person an a political news reporters, the newspaper Zero Hora, RS, identifying the constitution of subjectivity in language, as well as presenting some reflections on the issue of "objectivity" of the news. The theoretical framework includes Émile Benveniste s (2005c) theoretical presuppositions about the Enunciation theory, complemented with support in Flores and Teixeira (2008), Fiorin (2005), Normand (2009), among others. In this theoretical context, we used a corpus composed of three selected news from the official website of the newspaper Zero Hora. After selecting the corpus, we conducted an analysis of each news into two phases: 1) description of textual news, contextualizing it and presenting their characteristics, 2) analysis of enunciative news considering the subjectivity and intersubjectivity in language; presence non-person (him), as "one who is absent." Benveniste (2005c) proposes subjectivity in language as a property that is realized through the category of person. According to the author, the enunciation is a singular and unrepeatable event. It is characterized by the presence of an I (announcer) that appropriates the language and states, establishing himself as subject and assuming you (alocutário) - a condition that is reversible and constitutive of enunciation. In this theoretical perspective, we noted that the materiality of discursive text produces certain effects of meaning according to the linguistic choices made by the enunciator (journalist producer of statements) in the production process of news writing. Analyze these directions means recognizing the lack of neutrality in news discourse because, whenever the subject appropriates the language, expresses his subjectivity
