dc.description.resumoO presente estudo objetiva identificar o papel do Programa Bolsa Família na afirmação de gênero, bem como o impacto social que o programa ocasiona na vida das mulheres beneficiárias. Em uma dimensão constitucional, a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica, buscou-se discutir se o Bolsa Família é capaz de efetivar direitos e empoderar suas beneficiárias. Por ora, no atual cenário que envolve a situação do programa e suas beneficiárias, resta claro que o Programa Bolsa Família é uma política pública capaz de efetivar o conceito de dignidade humana a luz da Constituição Federal de 1988, assim como garantir o acesso a direitos sociais como educação e saúde, no entanto ainda não é possível vislumbrar um real empoderamento das mulheres beneficiárias, ou seja, identificou-se no presente estudo que o Bolsa Família é um mecanismo efetivador de direitos, capaz de proporcionar uma certa autonomia as mulheres e romper com a cultura da resignação.por
dc.description.abstractThe present study aims to identify the role of the Family Grant Program in the affirmation of gender, as well as the social impact that the program has on the lives of women beneficiaries. In a constitutional dimension, it was tried to discuss if the Bolsa Família is capable of effecting rights and empowering its beneficiaries. For the time being, in the current scenario that involves the situation of the program and its beneficiaries, it remains clear that the Bolsa Família Program is a public policy capable of implementing the concept of human dignity in light of the 1988 Federal Constitution, as well as guaranteeing access to rights However, it is still not possible to envisage a real empowerment of the beneficiary women, that is, it was identified in the present study that the Bolsa Família is a mechanism that generates rights, capable of providing women with a certain autonomy and breaking With the culture of resignation.por
