dc.description.resumoA presente pesquisa tratou acerca da reação estatal às Jornadas de Junho, buscando analisar se tais reações se encontravam em um legítimo ato de soberania estatal. Ao longo da pesquisa foram produzidas análises voltadas a compreensão do conjunto de movimentos em marcha no século XXI, bem como das Jornadas de Junho. Também, foi analisando sobre a forma como o Estado-nação brasileiro respondeu aos atos de protesto empreendidos no país desde junho de 2013. Por fim a pesquisa tratou de identificar quais as relações de poder global que influenciam e limitam o funcionamento do Estado-nação, concluindo-se que a repressão aos movimentos foi ilegítima, eis que motivada pela necessidade de manter sua soberania diante das pressões globais por segurança.por
dc.description.abstractThis research addressed the state's reaction to the June Protests, seeking to analyze whether such reactions were part of a legitimate act of state sovereignty. Throughout the research, analyses were produced aimed at understanding the set of movements taking place in the 21st century, as well as the June Protests. It also analyzed how the Brazilian nation-state responded to the protests undertaken in the country since June 2013. Finally, the research sought to identify the global power relations that influence and limit the functioning of the nation-state, concluding that the repression of the movements was illegitimate, since it was motivated by the need to maintain its sovereignty in the face of global pressures for security.eng
